Importance of sticking with the training schedule

We all know how much well-designed structure of our training can help us to constantly develop and to achieve better results. Designing a good training schedule is one thing but sticking with it, no matter what, is a completely different story. What if the weather is bad? (There's no bad weather, just wrong clothing) What if the party last night ended just a bit too late? What if I'm just feeling like staying in bed, with a cup of tea and a good book? What if your friend throws a wedding party on a day when you should cycle? Well, just get a bike and ride!
