Preparations for ARB - Week #4

Week 4 of the Preparations.

3 intensive sessions during the week followed by a 3hr Saturday ride (which was supposed to be easy but due to a strong wind was hard) and a 5hr ride on Sunday. Legs are well cooked now, 14.5 hard hours done this week.

I tried out some nutrition ideas last weekend and 300-350kcal seems to work well. For AndalucĂ­a: a bit of USN Epic Pro and a lot of SIS products: energy drinks, gels, recovery drinks. SIS stuff is really tasty and light on the stomach so it's easy to swallow it down even when very tired. And there'll be some emergency Haribo too! :)
